Join Zhenja for this intimate teachers’ gathering. We will explore the therapeutic application of Anusara Yoga toward healing therapeutic issues relating to the shoulders, neck and wrists. We’ll also practice giving therapeutic hands on adjustments for the upper body. Then stay for a potluck community dinner and conversation.
