Sole-to-Soul

As part of my New York City residency, I will be hosting day-long intensives at the beautiful Sole-to-Soul Yoga Studio on the Upper West Side. Each event will include a two-hour YogaNerd, a pot-luck lunch, and a rocking advancing practice. By “advancing” I mean that we start wherever you are and take it to the next level, so it is open to EVERYONE.

Treat yourself to an urban retreat or join the community for any part of the conversation!

Daily schedule:

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: YogaNerd
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Pot luck kula lunch
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Advancing practice

Cost: $30 for YogaNerd, $40 for advancing practice; $60 for both.
